I have lived in the Santa Clara Valley since 1973. I received a General Business Degree from Utah Technical College. I am constantly improving my skills by taking continuing education classes, siminars and networking with top agents in our market and other markets. I am currently pursuing on going education in the field of short sales and bank owned property sales. I have managed two successful businesses and 11 years ago decided my business background and managing skills would work very well for me in the Real Estate Industry. After being in the Real Estate Industry for several years, I realized that there was too much interference by the State Government in the home selling procedure. I then decided to get involved in the legislative process. I became the Legislative Liaison for Santa Clara Realty and an advocate for property owners' rights. I am also active in my community holding the position of Secretary of my Neighborhood Association. I was on the Diversity Screening Committee for the city of San Jose. When I have the oppertunity I volunteer for the Humane Society of Santa Clara. I belong to the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. both associations are vital in protecting the rights of property owners. I am also a Notary Public in the state of California. My clients tell me the things they like about me are my honesty, reliablity, negotiation skills and the ability to establish effective rapport with a wide variety of clients. I love selling Real Estate and when I have happy clients I am one happy Realtor. |
